1. Scope
This policy covers banano.ru, its request forms and Nano assistant. It is prepared with regard to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006. Data is processed to answer requests and protect the service. We do not sell data or use it for advertising mailings.

3. Request data and legal basis
You provide your name, phone, email or Telegram, preferred channel, website address, services and task description. We also record urgency, language, page, time and the version of your separate consent. A chat contact card may include your latest question. Processing is based on separate consent; preparing or performing a contract may provide an independent legal basis.
4. Nano and AI
Without AI enabled, Nano uses a knowledge base in your browser. If you independently tick the AI checkbox, up to eight recent messages are sent to Together AI to prepare a reply. Phones, emails and Telegram handles are masked automatically, but this cannot remove every kind of personal information. Do not enter passwords, keys, payment details, third-party data or confidential information. Our server does not store chat text; consent receipts without messages are kept for up to two days. 5. Storage and transmission
Requests are first recorded in private server storage. For Russian citizens’ data, the controller uses databases in Russia where required by law. Requests including contacts and descriptions are delivered to authorised staff in Telegram through he.ru. Telegram and Together AI are external services; applicable cross-border duties are governed by Article 12 of Law 152-FZ. Request form data is not sent to the AI service. We do not publish your data or share it for third-party advertising.
6. Retention and technical data
Requests without a subsequent contract are retained for up to 90 days. Contract records follow statutory retention periods. Protection uses a signed session cookie, request timestamps and a hashed network address; application security records are removed within two days after their use ends. Hosting may maintain separate access logs. The site has no advertising cookies or third-party counters.
7. Your rights
You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing info@one.ru. Include your original contact or request number. We respond within 10 working days; legally permitted extensions require reasons. After withdrawal, data is destroyed within 30 days unless another lawful basis applies. You may also complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
